Activities
We offer over 40 activities—ranging from rivers to ropes courses—that invite our guests to play in the wild. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte, it’s easy to bring the whole family to Wildwoods, a kid-friendly outdoor discovery hub, let your dogs roam in our 70-acre off leash area, or paddle down the world’s largest man-made river. The choice is yours—and there’s always something new to experience.

Run & Ride
The Whitewater Center maintains over 40 miles of trails for mountain bikers, hikers, and trail runners. Use of the trail system does not require an activity pass. Trails are directional for all users and labeled on the Trail Map.
Please check the current trail status (at the top of the website) prior to accessing the trail system. The Parkway Trail is currently available as an all-weather trail when the system is closed.

Food & Beverage
The Whitewater Center offers several full-service, fast casual and grab-and-go outlets for food and drinks on the 1,300 acre property.

Host any type of event – from meetings and reunions to parties with Whitewater. Our 1,300-acre facility is home to both indoor and outdoor venues that accommodate groups of any size or function.
