Let Go & Flow

Unwind and challenge yourself with flows, breath-work sessions, workshops, and more throughout this 24-hour immersion. This private yoga retreat presents unique sessions offering different emphasis and instructors for each program. The goal is for participants to engage in a concentrated and lengthy immersion into the benefits and joy of yoga.

Ground with Nature

Join optional group hikes through the Whitewater Center’s trails alongside rivers, lakes, and wildlife.

Saturday’s silent night hike invites participants to find their balance and sink into nature.  A Sunday afternoon hike will encourage participants to open their senses and take in the surrounding environment.

FAQ

Are yoga mats included?

No, participants must provide their own equipment.

What should I pack?

Yoga mat/other yoga equipment, tent, sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, bug spray, sunscreen, change of clothes, sleepwear, flashlight, and water bottle.

Do I have to spend the night?

No, you are welcome to go home and return in the morning.

Will Whitewater provide lodging?

No, you must bring your own camping materials, such as tent, sleeping bag and pillow. Whitewater will provide space for you to set up a tent or hammock.

Will locker rooms and showers be available?

There are restrooms at Ridge Pavilion. Locker rooms and showers are located near River’s Edge.

What if I have food allergies/dietary restrictions?

During registration, you can mark if you have an allergy, and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability. We will provide gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan meal options. If the meals do not meet your dietary needs, you can bring outside food, but it must stay at Ridge Pavilion.
