Yoga at Whitewater
Over 400 practices are offered across multiple venues and Festivals throughout the year. Flow Fest is a one-day festival in September centered on yoga and wellness. Yoga Immersion programs, Yoga & Wellness Workshops, and Yoga Teacher Training classes are also offered.

Slow Flow: A slower paced flow for beginner to intermediate yogis. This class is perfect to turn inward, alleviate stress, and restore energy levels.
Open Level Flow: An intermediate Vinyasa Flow that’s challenging and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Fun Flow: A Vinyasa Flow class with an emphasis on having fun. Challenging postures are offered in addition to modifications to engage multiple skill levels.

SUP Yoga
May – September
Experience the Catawba River while participating in a yoga practice on stand-up paddle boards.
Available 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 11:00am from May-September. Additional times are available during festivals.

Yoga & Wellness Workshops
May – September
The Whitewater Center offers yoga and wellness workshops to enhance physical and mental well-being. These sessions, suitable for all skill levels, combine mindful movement and relaxation in a peaceful outdoor setting. Led by experienced instructors, they promote balance, strength, and stress relief for a rejuvenating experience.
Yoga Teacher Training
July – November
Yoga Teacher Training is a 200-hour YTT certification for yoga instructors or those looking to enrich their practice.
Over eight weekends and eight weeknight Zoom sessions, students will learn flow sequencing, asana alignment, yoga history, and more. Course completion allows registration for RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. The curriculum culminates with an optional teacher audition for those wishing to teach at the Whitewater Center.
Balanced Brunch
May 4 | May 11 | May 18
Begin your day with an in-depth yoga experience, followed by a specially catered brunch. Participate in unique yoga interpretations ranging from workshops to immersive flows, followed by brunch with a mimosa.
Tuck Fest
April 25- 27, 2025
Tuck Fest is a three-day celebration of the outdoor lifestyle made up of races and competitions, performances by award-winning bands and musicians, plus expos, vendors and a variety of yoga all weekend long.
Flow Fest

Flow Fest is an annual one-day festival centered around yoga and wellness. Flow Fest is free to attend but requires registration.
Yoga Immersion

Experience a 24-hour yoga retreat with flows, breathwork, workshops, and more. Enjoy diverse sessions with different instructors, designed for a deep immersion into yoga’s benefits. In addition, there will be group hikes through the Whitewater Center’s scenic trails, communal meals, and camping surrounded by nature and new friends.
