Whitewater Rafting
Raft on the world’s largest manmade whitewater river. Experience class II-IV whitewater with a professional guide.
The Whitewater Center’s manmade recirculating river allows rafters to experience a highly concentrated series of Class II-IV whitewater rapids using a conveyor belt to continually circulate back to the start. All rafts are guided with Whitewater Center guides and guests are provided helmets, paddles and PFDs. Following a group trip talk, guests join their guide for an instructional brief in their raft before beginning their trip. The channels are almost one-half mile long, and most trips consist of approximately one hour of paddling. There are different styles of rafting available depending on the group’s choice and comfort level.
CHECK IN AT THE WHARF

What kind of shoes am I able to wear while rafting?
All guests must wear secure footwear during rafting activities. Footwear must have a minimum of a heel strap and the sole cannot be sharp in any way.
Where can I put personal belongings while on the rafting trip?
There are multiple options for temporary storage of personal belongings. Guests can rent a storage bin or single-use locker at several of our guest service outlets or return items to their personal vehicle.
When and where do I need to be for the specific rafting trip time I booked?
All guests pre-booked on a raft trip should arrive at the Wharf 10 minutes prior to their scheduled trip time. All required gear for the rafting activity will be available at that time, and a raft guide will be there to help fit everything appropriately.
