Middleburg
Middleburg is a National Historic Landmark located 30 minutes north of Charleston, SC on the Cooper River. Built in 1797, Middleburg is the oldest house south of Virginia. The property spans 326 acres of protected wetlands and hardwood forests and offers four historic accommodations. Guests receive access to the Francis Marion National Forest and Bonneau Ferry Wildlife Management Area in the heart of the Santee River Basin. Middleburg serves as an exceptional basecamp for fishing, biking and paddling.
Windfall
Windfall, sitting at 4,000 ft. elevation, is a 215-acre farm that overlooks the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and Virginia.
