Designed to be both energizing and accessible, this class offers a unique combination of heart-opening sequences, stress-relieving stretches, and just the right amount of balance challenges. This dynamic and invigorating experience blends mindful movement with a touch of playfulness as we focus on embracing the present moment. As we close with savasana, you’ll leave feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and will have achieved a sense of accomplishment.
May 18th – Slow the Funk Down

Slow your thoughts, body, and soul in a world that moves fast. This slow-flow and yin yoga practice balances Yin and Yang, easing stress, boosting circulation, and fostering emotional release. Through long held postures, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
