September 14 – Autumn Equinox Flow
Instructor: Kirsten Gum
Celebrate the turning of the season with a grounding Vinyasa practice. This all-levels flow gently awakens the body, aligns your energy with the balance of the equinox, and invites you to release what no longer serves you. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of reflection—followed by a wholesome brunch to connect with nature and community.
September 21 – Harvest Renewal Slow Flow & Restore
Instructor: Kirsten Gum
Savor the abundance of early autumn with a nurturing yoga class. This session blends gentle, mindful movement with restorative poses to open the body, melt away tension, and welcome gratitude for the harvest season. We’ll close with deep relaxation to leave you refreshed and renewed—then gather together for a delicious brunch surrounded by nature.
September 28 – Equinox Exhale: A Fall Slow Flow & Meditation

Celebrate the shift into autumn with a grounding slow flow and calming meditation designed to help you release, reset, and realign. This practice invites you to slow down, tune in, and find balance as the season changes.
October 12 – Slow the Funk Down
Instructor: Sara Cain-da Costa
In this feel-good mix of slow flow and deep stretch, we’ll balance steady, strength-building movement (Yang) along with the chill (Yin) to melt away stress, boost your energy, and help emotions move through. Expect long, cozy holds and a chance to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, open, and maybe even a little magical.
October 19 – Balanced You: Calming Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga
Instructor: Wendy Swanson
Gently flow and breathe your way into a centered, balanced place. You will be guided to move with intention, softly flowing on your mat, concluding with restorative postures and a relaxing, balancing meditation. With mind, body, and spirit harmonized, you will then be treated to brunch in the beauty of nature as a delightful end to your session.
