The Mills River Valley of Pisgah National Forest offers an ideal setting for outdoor weddings and small special events. The Lodge and two adjoining 3-acre fields offer indoor and outdoor venues for customized events and programming. The Asheville airport and I-40 are 10 miles from the lodge, and the towns of Brevard and Asheville are less than a 30 minutes drive away.
Whitewater Races and Events
Whitewater hosts events and programs built around the natural resources that surround Big Creek Lodge. Biking and trail running races are routinely mixed in with fishing and paddling instruction programs.
