Additional Information

- Interested volunteers should fill out a Volunteer Inquiry Form or e-mail the Events Team at events@whitewater.org.
- Waiver Policy
  - All participants must sign the Whitewater Center Assumption of Risk Agreement before participating.
  - May be printed and brought to packet pick-up or completed on site.
  - The waiver is not included in the online registration form.
- Refund and Transfer Policy
  - Race registration is non-refundable.
- Trail Safety
  - Trails will be open to other runners, hikers and bikers
  - Communicate when passing other trail users
  - No E-bikes or any form of powered transportation will be allowed in any Whitewater Race Series events
- Weather Policy
  - Events are scheduled to proceed rain or shine.
  - The Whitewater Center reserves the right to alter/reschedule/cancel any Whitewater Race Series event.
- Parking Policy
  - The Whitewater Center has a $13 daily parking fee. Annual parking passes are available for $45.
  - Oversized parking is $25
- Emergency Policy
  - The Whitewater Center does not conduct trail rescues in the event of an emergency.
  - Participants must call 911 if emergency vehicles and operations are needed.

Frigid mugs are available as an additional add on. Each mug comes with a serving of hot chocolate.

Awards

Participants must be present at the award ceremony to receive awards. Awards will be given to the top three male/female finishers in the age groups below for the 5K and 10K divisions.
