Start Memorial Day weekend with a Saturday morning race through the Whitewater Center’s trail system. Choose from 3, 5 and 8 mile options.
Yoga
Find your flow at South Ridge for outdoor yoga sessions throughout the weekend.
Open Level Flow: An intermediate Vinyasa Flow that’s challenging and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Slow Flow: A slower paced flow for beginner to intermediate yogis. This class is perfect to turn inward, alleviate stress, and restore energy levels.
Fun Flow: A Vinyasa Flow class with an emphasis on having fun. Challenging postures are offered in addition to modifications to engage multiple skill levels.
SUP Yoga
Experience a yoga practice on stand-up paddle boards while on the Catawba River.
